Let's begin listening to one another. We want to hear what you think about poverty, hunger, injustice, war, the developed world, the developing world, and everything in between. And we want these words and images and songs to begin an authentic conversation. Where we learn from you. And where you learn from one another. Start speaking. Don't be silent.

what a wonderful project. It could make the world feel more close and united...such an ideal could not shine more brightly in any other context...
God is so good :) We all have a petition, let us one by one be heard in the souls and conciences of our world today and make a difference in someones life.
I asked God why?I asked God "why did you send this cross, The hurt and the pain and the bitter loss"?
And I found it hard not to complain,, As I sought for peace of soul again. I asked God "Why did you destine me for such a special misery"? And it seemed somehow that I heard Him say,
"Man does not walk an easy way. It's the ones I love the most that I send crosses to and sorely try, Remember this and know that there Will come no grief you cannot bear. Behold, I stand beside you in Each sorrow'till the very end, Dear little lamb stay close beside Your shepherd'till the eventide".
What blessed joy it was to find His footprints ever close to mine. He made the sadness disappear, With words of comfort in my ear. The pain of which I was afraid, Was lifted from me as I prayed, Leaving such a light that I Need
(Never doubt or question why)
Blessings from above
Thank you Juan for sharing this. If you get back here, can you tell me where are you from?Yes, having God by your side can make all suffering a blessing.it's suffering that makes us better persons and strengthens us in our faith..but on the other side it still doesn't make sense..it can only remember me of a phrase from Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel : "Auschwitz cannot be conceived neither with, nor without God. I may get to understand one day the role of man in the mistery of Auschwitz, but never the one of God"
In Marsabit Northern Kenya, poverty means that you cannot afford the next meal for your children, all your livestock have succumbed to drought, your child who completed primary level of education will miss an opportunity to continue his education.Life without any hope that God is in control of situations.
